Design Development
Your vision becomes a fully realized design plan. I translate insights from the discovery phase into detailed space plans, furniture layouts, and cohesive design concepts. This includes material and finish specifications, lighting strategies, and custom millwork or furniture concepts. Each element is curated to create a unified, intentional environment that reflects your aesthetic and supports how you live.
Technical Documentation
Precision that ensures flawless execution. I prepare the technical drawings, elevations, and specification schedules required for contractors and trades to execute the design accurately. This includes FF&E documentation and close coordination with architects, builders, and engineers to maintain design integrity throughout the construction process.
Procurement & Vendor Management
End-to-end management of every detail. I handle the sourcing, selection, and procurement of all furnishings, fixtures, and materials. This includes vendor communication, quoting, ordering, logistics, tracking, and quality control. Any issues, damages, delays, discrepancies—are managed directly to keep the project moving smoothly.
Construction & Implementation Oversight
Hands-on guidance from start to finish. Throughout construction and installation, I conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure alignment with the design plan. I collaborate with contractors and trades, review samples and mockups, and troubleshoot field conditions to protect the design intent at every stage.
Installation & Final Styling
A seamless transformation into a finished home. I coordinate white-glove delivery and installation of all furnishings, lighting, art, and accessories. Every detail is styled with intention to create a cohesive, editorial-level finish. The process concludes with a final walkthrough and punch-list resolution to ensure the space is complete.
Project Closeout & Client Support
Support that extends beyond installation. I provide care instructions, maintenance guidelines, and warranty details for all installed items. Post-installation support is available as needed, along with optional seasonal refreshes or ongoing design services to keep your home evolving with you.
